About Me
I’m Sanju Rajan, a healthcare commercialization and strategy consultant focused on helping life sciences companies make better decisions with better data. My work sits at the intersection of healthcare, analytics, and business strategy.
I started in clinical care with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a year as a practicing pharmacist. I enjoyed the work, but I realized I was more interested in the systems behind healthcare than the prescriptions in front of me. That shift took me into consulting roles at Clarivate Analytics and Trinity Life Sciences, where I built expertise in digital intelligence, primary market research, and commercial strategy.
To strengthen my technical foundation, I completed a Master’s in Biomedical and Health Informatics at UNC–Chapel Hill, finishing the program in one year with a 4.0 GPA and multiple academic awards. During that time, I joined Beghou Consulting as an intern and later transitioned into a full-time consulting role.
Today, my work spans the commercial spectrum:

Healthcare is changing fast. Data is bigger, incentives are shifting, and the distance between innovation and impact is still too wide. I work to close that gap by applying structured thinking, analytical discipline, and commercial focus.
